Terms of Use
Last updated: April 12, 2026
Parking SF provides planning information based on public historical datasets. By using the app or this website, you agree to use the service responsibly and to understand its limits.
No guarantee of parking
Parking SF does not guarantee an open space, a legal space, a price, or a real-time meter status. It is a planning tool built from public history and modeled estimates.
How the information should be used
Use Parking SF as a planning aid before or during a trip, not as a substitute for street signs, posted meter rules, temporary closures, permit restrictions, or real-time curb conditions. You remain responsible for verifying the legality and practicality of any parking choice.
Allowed use
- You may use the app for personal parking planning and research.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in a way that harms availability for others.
Dataset and freshness boundaries
The product's public methodology is described on the How It Works page. Parking SF may update datasets, map behavior, overlays, and model weights over time, and the app should be understood as a typical-week estimate rather than a promise of live inventory or future curb availability.
Availability
The app may change, pause, or remove features at any time. Reachability overlays depend on backend support and optional local routing infrastructure.
Support and account scope
Parking SF is designed to work without a personal account. Support is provided through public support channels, but submitting a request does not create a service-level agreement, emergency response commitment, or guaranteed reply time.
Liability
Parking SF is provided as-is. You remain responsible for obeying parking signs, meter rules, local laws, and on-street conditions.
